What are the sizes for printing?
Sizes are measured by square inch and the imprinting area varies depending the garment where it will be printed to. As an example, sizes in the front of the shirt vary for the adult or youth and the maximum printing area is 11.50” x 14” (For extended printing sizes, please contact us). For Heart Sizes, measure your pocket on the garment to be sure to order the correct heart/pocket size, standard Heart size is 4.5” x 4.5” but could be extended up to 5” x 5”. Leg & Sleeves are measured by the length and are usually 2.5” x 12”, extended sizes go up to 5” x 24”. You can always print any desire size as long as the area is inside the parameters given here. ^ Top
What technology is use to print my designs?
Oddfit® | Custom Clothing, uses Screen Printing Plastisol as well as EcoFilm® Transfers for personalization of garments, we also use mix-media to create an amazing state-of-the-art designs to be printed in your garments, i.e.: Foil, Flock, Reflective material, Neon and much more.

What are your set up and screen fees?
We do not charge any set up or screen fees!. Although you have to provide us with the digital Vector artwork for us to void the Design fee. Every order is customized to suit your needs so prices always vary in special orders. ^ Top
What is your minimum order?
We DON'T have a minimum order, that's why OddFit® | Custom Clothing stands out from the crowd, you can just order one Tee or as much as you want. Keep in mind that orders from 1 to 24 T-Shirts are done by using EcoFilm® Transfers for better pesonalization, 24+ are Screen Printed. ^ Top

What payment options are available?
We accept online payments via PAYPAL (Credit and Debit Cards). An electronic invoice could be sent to the email you provide us, and as soon as you make your online payment, your order will be processed. Personal checks are not accepted. Cash is only accepted for local pickup orders. ^ Top
What's your turnaround time?
Orders of 1 to 24 T-Shirts are typically completed in 3-5 business days, beginning from the moment your order it's been approved and all payments are completed. For 24+ the turnaround is usually 7-9 Business days.
Can I exchange or return purchased products?
Every order placed at OddFit.com is created just for you. Because they are custom made, returned goods cannot be resold and are donated or thrown away. But if we ever make a mistake, we will send you a replacement or refund your money or furthermore if you make a mistake with your order, contact us and we will work something out to help you get the shirt you want, we kindly ask that you contact us within the first 10 days after your order it has been delivered to coordinate an acceptable solution. How can I get a faster shipping method?
If you want to get a faster shipping method, then you would need to either get in touch with us before your order begins production to process a shipping upgrade or you would need to cancel this order and place a new one with the upgraded shipping method.

Your print will only be as great as your artwork. High resolution is a MUST! to get better results.
Vector Art files are always best. These are the most preferred:
When sending vector files, please remember to "Create Outlines" all the fonts in your file. We also accept .psd up to CS2, .jpeg and .tiff.
All non-vector (pixel) files must be 300dpi and created the exact size you want them to be printed. Please rasterize font layers or flatten the image.
Print image must remain within 11" x 17".
You can submit your artwork directly to us via email.

Can you design the artwork for me?
Yes! We offer very affordable graphic design. If you need our Graphic Design services, please contact us and one of our in-house designers will get back to you within 24 hours. Our Design rate is based on $65.00 per hour. ^ Top
